Between wine, nature and the traditions of Piave area
Between the banks of Piave and the inland Treviso countryside, Villa Rosa embodies the Coletto family’s agricultural passion, spanning the villages of Zenson di Piave and Sant’Andrea di Barbarana, in the heart of an area long devoted to viticulture.
In a harmonious dialogue between vineyards, bees and woodland, Villa Rosa cultivates a balance shaped by biodiversity and culture, where every harvest becomes a genuine expression of the landscape’s identity.

From vineyard to glass
Villa Rosa wines convey the character of Piave plain: freshness, minerality and an elegant structure that makes every bottle a direct expression of the place it comes from.
Piave wines, shaped by soil and minerality
Villa Rosa’s vineyards stretch across Piave plain, an area marked by soils rich in clay and caranto, a dense subsoil able to retain nutrients. These elements lend the wines structure, depth and a distinctive mineral character.
The presence of Piave River creates a naturally ventilated microclimate, helping to keep the environment dry and encouraging a slow, balanced ripening of the grapes. ‘Every day an air current comes down from Piancavallo and the foothill area, and this constant ventilation keeps the bunches healthy,’ Francesco Coletto points out.
The balance between soil and climate allows the grape varieties grown here to express elegance, freshness and a clear sense of place.
Within this setting, Villa Rosa continues its work of enhancing the local area by reviving native varieties and seeking an authentic connection with the agricultural tradition of Piave.

Tulips in bloom at Villa Rosa: Zenson di Piave’s spring charity event
One of the most meaningful moments in Villa Rosa’s life is the Tulip Festival, an event that transforms the estate each spring into a place of gathering, colour and sharing.
The project began in 2022 with an initial festival dedicated to pumpkins, before becoming, from 2023 onwards, a vast tulip field that colours the countryside of Zenson di Piave every spring.
